How far along: 22 weeks
Size of baby: 1 pound, 11 inches - a bag of sugar or small doll
Weight gain: Ignoring until I go to the doctor
Gender: Unknown. I'm curious to see if Smoochie's heartrate continues to trend with Drew's - I'll know in 2 weeks!
Bad lighting, no makeup, ratty hair...don't care. {grin}
Maternity clothes: Oh yeah baby!
Movement: Finally starting to get more consistent movement. It's the fun stage where I know it's the baby, but it doesn't hurt!
Sleep: I'd say a little better. I'm not having as much trouble falling asleep {possibly because I am up so late being a watchdog on Drew, ha}, so that in itself is awesome.
Symptoms: It seems like each week they get less and less - still some sciatica, still dry heaving in the mornings, only swelling occasionally {after our flight back from San Diego it wasn't pretty}. Definitely in the sweet spot!
Cravings: I don't think I can blame craving sugar and fatty food on pregnancy since I crave those all the time, but let's try to blame it on pregnancy anyway!
What I miss: There have been a couple nights where a glass of wine has sounded really good. It's starting to get hard to turn over or sit-up in bed, so I miss being able to do those things easily.
Best moment of the week: Definitely the consistency that I'm starting to feel Smoochie! Makes me so much more relaxed that things are going okay!
Worst moment of the week: Making a list of everything I need to get done before the baby gets here, eek!
Other random stuff: Not sure if I ever mentioned this, but between my sister and several of my friends we passed maternity clothes around so I inherited a lot of stuff each pregnancy. Well, when I unpacked everything this time, I found a pair of full-panel jeans that I am obsessed with. I never wore full-panel jeans in either of my other pregnancies, and these are amazing. So if you see me in this pregnancy, it is highly likely I will be wearing these jeans. So comfy!
Belly-button watch: Nothing new to report here - still just basically awkward looking. I don't think I've ever blogged about this, but being pregnant makes me realize my belly button isn't quite in the center of my tummy which adds to the goofiness that I see. {grin}
People keep saying I look great, I just see how big my bump is. GAH!
