Salado Birthday Shenanigans

Today I turn 39! EEEEEK!

I can't believe I'm entering my last year in my 30s.

Brent had a great idea to go to a cute town {Salado} near us for a night,

and 3 of our couple friends came along.

The guys golfed and the girls shopped, then we all met up at the pool.

We got cleaned up for a nice dinner and then did a little bar-hopping.

Such a great time, and I'm starting 39 feeling a lot of happiness!

 Within walking distance of the hotel were 2 breweries that were so cute!

I'm not much of a beer fan, but both places had good ciders.

Sunday morning we stopped at a little coffee shop we found shopping.

They had all these specialty toast dishes, and it was AMAZING.

Excited over avocado/fried egg/tomato toast

2) creamy brie with apple slices and honey drizzle

We all agreed this needs to be an annual trip!
