Memorial Day Weekend By the Pictures

We spent the long weekend at Lake LBJ with friends and had an amazing time! I'll try to limit the commentary and just let the pictures do the talking...we'll see if I'm successful!

Somebody didn't want to nap before we left. 10 minutes into the trip...

Our House is {Mostly} a Home!

We're not done decorating {when are you ever truly done?}, but I am so happy with how our home looks these days. The list of what we've done is MUCH longer than what we still want to do {welllll, that might be an exaggeration}.

I added a non-seasonal wreath to my grandparents' window

We got chairs for the kitchen table! {Just need a bench for the kids}

We even ate at it with Brent's parents for dinner on Sunday night - 

Drew asked why she and Trent had to sit at the island, ha.

Wooden stars - Brent said I'm going overboard on my repurposed wood.

Is that possible?
