Drew's Winder One-Derland Party

Yay! We had Drew's birthday party on Saturday. It was a little surreal because I thought of the theme for her party when she was a week old. I was at my parents and made a comment that I wanted to make sure there was no correlation between Christmas and her birthday and found the idea of a 'Winter One-derland' party online. Then I decided to make her smash cake like my cake from the sprinkle thrown for Drew and me. {grin} And here we are - a year later celebrating my baby turning ONE!!

Her cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guest cake

Do you love the kids patiently waiting for cake?

I didn't do too much for decorations and I still needed 30 extra minutes to get ready. Drew refused to nap except for 30 minutes, so everything I did, I did with my little monkey attached to my hip. Luckily my mother came early and was able to entertain Drew.

I borrowed Rhonda's cricut and made a banner and little things to sprinkle on the tables. Plus, my sister found a bunch of snowflakes that we laid out. My sister also made an adorable wreath for the front door. She is such a great big sis, I wish she had one just as great!

I wish I got a picture of Drew in her outfit to be able to see the whole thing. There were many conversations with many friends picking her outfit, but it was so worth it! She looked so stinkin' cute!

Me and my sleepy girl!

Singing 'Happy birthday'! Trent sang so loud and was so cute and happy. It made my heart so happy to see him enjoying her party.

Big Brother got to blow out her candle too and he enjoyed that.

Way too many pictures of Drew with her cake, but she is too cute!

Wondering why she is in her seat and always with her pigs propped up!

Hmmm...what is this sticky stuff?

Cousin kept sneaking some icing. {grin}

'All done!'

Someone had to go straight into the bath.

Babs playing with her girls at the end of a successful party!

Drew must have enjoyed her party a little too much because she was up half the night, but we had such a great time!!
